The staff were extremely unprofessional and treated me with no respect. Customer service was rude and unhelpful. I would never recommend this rental company to anyone.

Yesterday i received car from this location as curtesy car while my car is in open road Richmond shop, Hertz Car Rental - Coquitlam - 812 Brunette Avenue give the car , they gave me a car which is super dirty , smell like dog, full of dog hair, it has full of dirt inside and outside. When I called them back to change the car yesterday they told me they will call back with in an hr.They never called back . This was the worst rental experience I have ever had with Hertz in brunet coquitlam. I called ahead and was told cars were available. After driving a long distance, the staff rudely said there were no vehicles. Only after I reminded them I had called earlier did they reluctantly give me a car. I rented for Uber because my own car was in an accident, and ICBC told me Hertz would be paid directly under my claim number. Instead, staff forced me to pay out of pocket and deal with ICBC myself.
