My vehicle is currently undergoing maintenance, and I was provided with a loaner vehicle from Hertz in Coquitlam. After one week of use, the vehicle became inoperable during a recent outing. Given that the establishment is currently closed, I have been attempting to reach a live representative for the past 35 minutes without success. I am highly dissatisfied with this situation. It is imperative that rental agencies ensure the proper maintenance of their fleet. Consequently, I cannot endorse this particular location.

Excellent customer service, very affordable rates. Customer service representatives went above and beyond giving us rental at affordable price almost half off than actual YVR rental locations. Splendid customer service on all levels.
Cheap price but there is a reason for that, they will say there is little damage on the car and send to repair shop. It will cost more than $500 for little scratch that you dont even know where it from. I rented cars more than 20 times in my life, it was the worst experience. Be careful.
