The service I received was far below reasonable standards. 1. Failure to Honor Reservation & Excessive Wait Time - I reserved a medium-sized car in advance for a 10:00 AM pickup, the same time the branch opens. - Upon arrival at 10:00 AM, there was only one staff member handling check-ins, resulting in a 1.5-hour wait just to reach the counter. Got a nice upgrade to an SUV. The team seemed very busy as I walked in during the rush but was greeted and got my car within 5 minutes of getting there. Car was very clean except for some very minor stains on the interior roof which I didn't even notice until my wife pointed it out. Overall, a great experience and would definitely do it again!
I rented a car for nearly a month! They gave me a new 2025 Nissan which is out of my expectation. Great service, very helpful. Two guys named Mier and Swap served me. Please find them. They are awesome.
They overcharged me by at least $350. They told me the $350 will be returned to me when I return the car if there was not damage. They inspected the car when I returned it, and found no problem. When I asked about the $350, they said it didn’t really go through on my visa, so don’t worry about it. But now as I check my bills, it did go through. It’s too late now, as I’ve returned to Taiwan. Very disappointed.
