in one of their cars right now a screaming deal with zero grief the young Feller there show me the ins and outs of the vehicle.. polite and courteous.. I'll be back.. well I came back again very patient and courteous even after you call them five times asking which button to push LOL. Again I'll be back.. well I'm back in a car for the third time.. My vehicle is currently undergoing maintenance, and I was provided with a loaner vehicle from Hertz in Coquitlam. After one week of use, the vehicle became inoperable during a recent outing. Given that the establishment is currently closed, I have been attempting to reach a live representative for the past 35 minutes without success. I am highly dissatisfied with this situation. It is imperative that rental agencies ensure the proper maintenance of their fleet. Consequently, I cannot endorse this particular location.
