i don’t recommend anyone to rent from here they will lie about the car and blame you for damages that existed while ago it happened to me just today but luckily i took pictures before i took the car and took more pictures after i noticed more stuff right after because they’re not honest be careful everyone
They don’t have the exact car we reserved 2 weeks ahead, and we called the company to change the pick up location, the first guy doesn’t even speak English, and the second person said she changed it but somehow on the pick up date, it turns out she didn’t. So we picked up another car they offered, and the car was dirty. What’s going on with this company? Horrible service and everything. Feel like a scam
I had a car fixing at Kirmac and was given a rental car from Hertz. I returned the car to Kirmac as soon as they finished fixing my car, and made sure I filled the gas to the full before I returned. After 2 days, there is a charge of $68 on my credit card from Hertz. I asked Kirmac to call and asked what the charge was for. They said because I didn't fill the gas to the full.
