Terrible, terrible, people ahead of me were at the Hertz, Kaneohe 2 hours waiting for service. I left went to Enterprise car rental. They drove the rental car to Kaneohe and I picked it up at the auto repair place, much easier than Hertz. Good service from Enterprise
Was very happy with service yes great
Had a wonderful experience with the service woman Lyla. She helped us out after our car broke down and got us on the road within minutes. Very friendly, and went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of. Lyla DESERVES A RAISE!!!! Thank you Lyla.
