I dropped the car off per the instructions provided on the site, locking the car, parking it in the correct row, and storing the keys in the Hertz-labeled drop box. I have gotten 3 text notices that I have not returned the car. Hertz does not seem to monitor this location. When I call Hertz customer service, they have told me to call the non-working number for the drop-off site and email an email for the drop-off site that no one responds to. I have had zero help to get this closed out.
