Poor communication. I wasn't told about the debit card policy till I was in their office in front of the computer. If you pay and secure a rental with a debit card you must be pre-authorized 24 hours in advance. I give them3 stars for cleanliness and quality of rentals at that location. easy access with a decent selection of options
Love the place. Always had been my favourite spot to rent a car. Great service, friendly staff and they are always happy to help. Keep doing the great work guys. The desk guy (Alexandro) is extremely nice.

Horrible experience, paid an uber to get here, when arrived, they have NO cars available. Never coming back.
Terrible experience. I booked a car reservation 5pm today. I reached at this location at 430pm and there is no employee working at store. However it mentioned the store is opened. I called the customer support for many times and wait for a long time. It sucks. I won’t choose HERTZ again.
