Very poor service, They are scammers. I booked an SUV but received a small car from another group. I went back and complained to the old lady who works there. She started arguing with me and said that I booked an “economy SUV or similar Mazda” which was a car in a lower category. So she changed the car and gave me a CorollaHat. She is extremely rude. So I asked her if I booked a car in a lower category would She give me a “Hot Wheels” car. Don’t believe them, I always book the same car with Avis and receive a small SUV. Stay... read more
Great customer service from Mark. We got our car. Drove out and stopped at McDonald's. Smoke came out from under the bonnet. The mechanic (no fault on Hertz) hadn't put the oil cap back on. Oil was splashing on the hot motor. Took the car back. Again great service from Mark. New car given. 5 minute turnaround at most.
