Very upsetting experience. Rang them to book in a car with 7 seats plus enough room for suitcases as I was picking up and driving around International Olympic Committee officials for a week. On the phone, CJ said she couldn’t confirm which car I’d be given on the day, but that I would definitely be given a car with 7 seats plus enough room for suitcases, otherwise they would upgrade me to an 8 seater. Great customer experience
Online payment down. Was in able to pay for my rental. Extremely rude and unhelpful staff wouldn’t not remedy or allow me to do a manual transaction to pay on the spot. I was left stranded there after dropping my car off to repairs and had to walk to the closest train station

Despite having a reservation, I was unable to pick up my car because the staff at the counter refused to accept my Swiss driver’s license. The representative insisted I provide a certified translation before renting the vehicle, even though a Swiss license clearly includes the term “driver’s license” in German, French, Italian, and English.
