Great customer service. Joe was very courteous and helpful. He made the process of hiring and returning the car simple and hassle free. I would strongly recommend and am very happy with the service
Very upsetting experience. Rang them to book in a car with 7 seats plus enough room for suitcases as I was picking up and driving around International Olympic Committee officials for a week. On the phone, CJ said she couldn’t confirm which car I’d be given on the day, but that I would definitely be given a car with 7 seats plus enough room for suitcases, otherwise they would upgrade me to an 8 seater. Great customer experience
Online payment down. Was in able to pay for my rental. Extremely rude and unhelpful staff wouldn’t not remedy or allow me to do a manual transaction to pay on the spot. I was left stranded there after dropping my car off to repairs and had to walk to the closest train station
