Online payment down. Was in able to pay for my rental. Extremely rude and unhelpful staff wouldn’t not remedy or allow me to do a manual transaction to pay on the spot. I was left stranded there after dropping my car off to repairs and had to walk to the closest train station

Had a great experience with this car rental service — everything was super easy and efficient from start to finish. The booking process was straightforward, pick-up was quick, and the car was clean and ready to go. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made the whole process stress-free. Drop-off was just as smooth, with no hassle at all. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a reliable rental with great service

Despite having a reservation, I was unable to pick up my car because the staff at the counter refused to accept my Swiss driver’s license. The representative insisted I provide a certified translation before renting the vehicle, even though a Swiss license clearly includes the term “driver’s license” in German, French, Italian, and English. I couldn’t understand what required translation, as all necessary details were clearly stated. Despite being a regular Hertz customer for over 20 years and Gold Card Member, the staff at this outlet cancelled my on-line booking when I was 35 minutes late and insisted I make a new booking WITH PAYMENT to take the vehicle I still had a booking in the system for - which I refused to do and left. The staff member’s parting words were that it was my fault for having poor time management skills!
