The staff here are so friendly and always happy to help. The cars are so clean and in great condition 10/10
Predatory $50 "Admin Fees" for automated processes. Absolute rip-off. Got a $120 parking fine during my rental, which is fine, I am happy to pay for my mistakes. However, Hertz (operated by MH5 Pty Ltd) slapped an additional $50 "administration processing fee" on top of it. That is nearly 40% of the cost of the actual fine just to process a piece of paper. Would look elsewhere for a car rental next time.
Pretty disappointed, picked up a car in Brisbane, staff were friendly and helpful there. Returned the car to moorochydore airport with bit aver half a tank of fuel, which was in my returnal agreement only to be told, that I would be charged $5 a litre to refill it or had to go do it myself. Tried to explain that in my agreement from Brisbane that it was to be returned with at least half a tank.
