There were 2 ladies working behind the desk, the older lady Kerry could not have been ruder, more dismissive or physically obnoxious to the younger other female staff member who was pregnant. She shook her head rolled her eyes and even held her hand up to the young ladies face gesturing her to stop talking. This place has the worst customer service ever The vehicle had a funny smell a bit like cigarette smoke but when I picked it up the warning light came on indicating low tyre pressure I tried calling them with no answer left my name and number for a call back but nothing all day and then after work.Noticed I had a flat tyre I called them to ask what to do and was given RACQ number My tyre was changed I drive to the office to change my car and the lady left there at near closing time was rude and unfriendly I was charged $150 ... read more
Extended the vehicle date, paid the extension cost. Returned the vehicle back without damage and with a full tank. They then decided to take out more than half (almost 3/5) of my safety deposit and called it a "miscalculation" without telling me. This level of miscalculation would've failed homework in pre-school. Well done Hertz.
Long waits no staff on weekends 30 minutes in a line with 1 person serving
Poor pregnant lady serving taking hours to get through lines of customers, needs some help can't even have a toilet break!!!
