I’m not sure why there’s so many negative reviews. The staff are lovely, didn’t sound unprofessional to me at all, I didn’t get any unwarranted charges, you leave the car in the condition you receive it and it’s simple, fast, and all questions were answered. I think I had a very positive experience so thanks for the rental, it was clean and fuel efficient. You explained how it all works very well and I appreciate how smoothly it went. Would recommend.
Hired a truck and Jasmine- lovely lady at the desk- was so accommodating and even when she didn’t know the answers was super prompt getting back to me and was obviously doing everything she could to make things easier for us. Thanks again Jasmine!
No help what so ever, should of explained how everything worked
Terrible , unauthorised transactions . They charged me for a flat tyre more than $200!
