Everything was seemless and even after I left my wallet in the hire car, the team at Hertz located and posted it back to me interstate without any fuss. I would give less if I could! Hertz Maroochydore particularly Penny, are so incompetent. Falsely nominated me as a driver and I have been trying for weeks to have it reversed. Won’t answer the call, won’t call back like asked. Between them and Hertz Toowoomba this is an absolute joke.
