No hassle easy pickup and easy return. Good quality almost new cars.
Hire car booked by Insurance company days in advance for 11.30 am. Car finally available at 1.00 pm. Wait time = 1.5 hours in a waiting room full of people also delayed by Hertz. Place is understaffed, creating sad and stressed workers. Would not recommend!
I will walk before I ever rent from this place ever again. Customer service is the WORST ever. You firstly can’t get through to them nor does any one get back to you .. PAST TIME EVER WILL I REMT FROM HERTZ. THIS was via my insurance and I’ll be putting a COMPLAINT with the insurance as well. TOTALLY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER !!
