This could have been a positive review, but it’s only when you end up having an issue that you see the true nature of large corporations. I left a personal item in the vehicle when we dropped it off, and trying to contact Hertz in Cairns has been an absolute debacle. You guys clearly don’t care about problems after the service is said and done. Paying the money and receiving the vehicle was very easy, but we’ve tried calling the airport location 8 times over 3 days and just get absolutely nothing. The only people we can get ... read more
Car has Issue and Ashley was super helpfull
Husband recently rented a vehicle from Hertz this has been the worst experience I have ever had with a car rental company. Not only were we charged the 'pre purchase fee' 2 days after we returned the car they then withdraw the whole cost of the rental AGAIN 4 days after the vehicle had been returned. When we enquired about the first additional charge the lady had no idea what the invoice was saying or how much needed to be returned to us just said if it's not back in a week to call them back.
