Staff are not friendly at all. There was no attendance when got the car to be returned except a number to call then a message popped up when I made a phone call asking to message back to the staff. I messaged and messaged again and no response for my question! A very bad experience here at Hertz Hargrave Avenue Essendon
The Hertz rep. at Essendon airport was extremely helpful, and the car, a hybrid Corolla was brilliant. Thanks Hertz!
Staff are not on site during advertised business hours to take delivery of a vehicle. I returned a car after an insurance arranged rental and was contacted by email three days later with a dodgy windscreen claim stating there was a stone chip on the windscreen allegedly caused by me. This is unacceptable and should have been physically checked on returning the vehicle not when I was not present and after a few days. Poor service - none really, and untrustworthy in my opinion.
The car has been in the red for a month, but my deposit has not been returned
