The people at this location were nice, but the Hertz customer service during my rental gave me inaccurate information and sent me on a 1.5 hour wild goose chase

Talked to an employee about renting one-way to a different city and he said it was fine and that I should call back in about an hour to check availability..so I did and the second employee I talked to was extremely rude and short with me and flat out said they don't offer one-way rentals and hung up the phone on me in the middle of my sentence. I tried calling back again after that and he just didn't even bother picking up. Don't count on getting any customer service or help from these guys.

I was unable to return the car on the original date so I needed to return the car one day later. Since the location as closed and I was not allowed (by you) to return the vehicle at the airport (~2 miles away), I had to hold onto the car for much longer which costed me ~$200 more than expected for no extra driving. When I called to get this rectified, all I got was some AI voice that was not helpful and a bit rude.

Rented a 12 person passenger van from them and it was pretty janky. The rear door would not open from the inside, which created a bunch of problems for us. I didn't think to check to see if the van had functioning doors, so we didn't realize this until we were a couple hundred miles away. And just overall the van was not in great condition. Disappointing and won't be renting from them again.
