Tony is amazing! He worked extra hard to make sure we were set up and ready for our trip. Loved the staff they were EXTREMELY helpful!!

I rented a vehicle to pick up at 4:30 PM and I came in probably five minutes earlier and they didn’t have a car for me. I have to wait more than 40 minutes to be able to get a car. Also the car wasn’t clean properly. It seems like they just sprayed water on top of the car because when the water dried it up, you can see a lot of dirt on the car. I have to clean the windshield by myself and the rear windows, and besides that in the armrest compartment, I found a can of empty soda and what appeared to be a chocolate that was me... read more
Called them, a guy picked up for a second, said "please hold on" then hang up; after waiting for 30 minutes, a guy picked up again, asked "Hello?", then in 2 seconds, immediately hangup. Worst customer service
Both Fraiser and Tony were phenomenal, they made renting a car easy. Even their shuttle drivers are friendly and helpful. Great team
