Extremely limited selection of vehicles. Reserved vehicle was not available. Staff was friendly and tried to be as helpful as they could.

First time ever useing hertz due to my vehicle getting work done. I ordered a small sedan at the end it asked if I wanted to upgrade 89$ to a large sedan i opted yes that's OK. I arrived and was given a compact kia soul!!!!! Why did I pay extra for a larger car and was given a compact car? I think I should that extra money back. Only reason for two stars is it was very clean and I gave it a chance with the teenagers and they said it was just ok in size in the back seats..... not sure if I should get that extra money back or ... read more

I called and talked to Amber Mulhern who turned out to be a fantastic problem solver. Enterprise nearby had canceled two reservations within hours of scheduled pick up. I called Amber and she asked what we needed and figured out a last minute solution that was great. She had the car configured for our needs based on the conversation as well. Excellent service, great attitude and a «let me solve your problem» approach. Great!!
