Not the best rental experience.
Couldn't find the entrance. No way to get ahold of anyone. Pouring rain. No clear way to move forward. Absolutely terrible 😞
Reserved a car through Hertz online service. I was told I would have a car dropped off by 9:30. I made 2 phone calls to the local rep. Did not receive a call from him. When I did get in touch, he had no cars available and does not offer drop off service. Had to start for square 1 with Enterprise. Should have started with them in the first place.
