Not cleaned prior to receiving vehicle. Did not offer needed tutorial on vehicle functions. Handicapped renters, no assistance offered to retrieve vehicle from parking lot.

Our plane was delayed and Angela actually called me to confirm I was still coming in to Moline Airport and she would wait for me. have you ever had a Car Rental agent call you? I have not. I was very impressed. Lesson learned when renting a car always put in your flight information.

First time renting with Hertz. All 3 Hertz personnel who processed my rental agreement, who worked the exit gate & who handled my return were famous. On top of that, my bill was exactly what I was told with no variance in amount.

Hertz team at Moline rented a vehicle to my wife that smelled of marijuana smoke, then tried to hit her with a $400 cleaning fee AFTER she turned in the vehicle and without saying anything to her. We challenged the fee over the phone and were told a manager would call back. She never did call back, and when I called back and asked to speak to the manager I was transferred to the dead-end automated phone menu. After that, my calls were simply disconnected.
