Lied to us many times.
I was in a major accident with Hertz vehicle I was not at fault.. was taken to the hospital in an ambulance on 06/26/25 and I am still suffering from injuries the vehicle was towed to Chicago I drove up there twice to get my belongings only to be told they dont have them then months later one of hertz employees call me then tells me he looked me up on google got my phone number then contacted me from a personal phone number claiming to have all my credit cards that were inside the vehicle then says he can drive from chicago ... read more
Was forced to rent for 4 days when only wanted 3. Would not let me rent unless I committed to 4 days.
Everyone is always so friendly and helpful
Had reserved vehicle and called 3 times to confirm reservation. First of all Angie I talked to is the worst person to deal with. Her attitude is awful and she acts like she really hates her job. Customer service is not where she should be working. When we get there for pickup denied after I called and confirmed everything 3 times. Go to Avis right beside Hertz. They went out of their way to get nice rental for us. And customer service was fantastic. I will never use Hertz ever again!!
