I called a few other rental companies around desperately needing a vehicle to take my child to the doctor for much needed bloodwork after my car broke down. It was very stressful and wasn't getting anywhere and I couldn't risk being dropped off at a company and not have assurance I would have a car available and be stuck. The customer service was good.... The car they gave us tho, smelled like cigarettes and dirty diapers.... We put a air freshener in there and sprayed it with fabric spray.... Smells ok but still not good! I hope they charged the last people for smoking in a car that is clearly is marked with no smoking signs! 😒😒😒

Wow. One of the Most kindest and amazing people I have met at a Car rental place. Keep up the amazing work checking in people and being so kind and friendly.
