We were notified 45 min before that our car would not be ready at pickup time . We arrived 1 hour later and said no car was available. Another location had a car so we were sent over there to pick up car which was at least 25 miles from our house. Reason I chose pickup location in the first place was bc it was closer to home .whole process took 2 hours which delayed our trip . Staff acted like no big deal . I reserved a car, with the estimate being $75. When I arrived I was told they did not have any cars like the one I reserved and no matter what I would have to pay more than what I was expecting. I was told if I wanted an ev it would be $10 more per day, as I am unfamiliar with where to charge one I requested a gas vehicle. I was told they only had suvs, so I would have to pay $20 more per day. So in total, I ended up paying almost double ($140) what I was originally expecting.
