**Hertz location is permanently closed.** Update your business listing and location. I had booked a vehicle and spoke with Hertz the day before pickup to confirm hours of business. Meanwhile the location has a sign stating “Hertz is permanently closed”

This location is a disaster. I booked a Car, received a confirmation, and even got a reminder email. When I arrived, I found out the location had been permanently closed for a long time. No notice, no warning—nothing. I was told to drive 20 minutes to another location for a different car. Calling Hertz was useless, as their system is designed to avoid giving real support. This was an infuriating experience that wasted my time and ruined my day. Avoid this place at all costs!

I had a reservation weeks in advance, showed up and there's a sign that the location is temporarily closed. I received no notification, I even received a confirmation email just couple days before. Extremely inconvenient. This location has really gone downhill ever since COVID, I had been using it for years. At this point I don't think I'll come back and just got to the West Babylon one in the future.
