⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – Excellent Service from Tyson at Hertz Had a great experience renting from Hertz. The process was quick and easy, and the car was clean and ready to go. Big shoutout to Tyson at the counter—super friendly, professional, and made the whole thing stress-free. He really went above and beyond to help me out. Would definitely rent from Hertz again. - there is only one person at the location. I showed up with my reservation and asked for an suv from the start. They accidentally booked an electric vehicle and asked me to come back another day since he could not correct it. I told him this was unacceptable and he needed to fix this. I spent the next 45 minutes at Hertz because he could not modify or null the contract and I ended up having to call my insurance to set up another booking. I rented a car at this location in Daly City. I called several days before asking for a small car and they said it is reserved. When I arrived there was none reserved and I was forced to take a larger car. Since the insurance was paying I did not say anything but then I called to see if there was a smaller car and they told me it was not. They also remind me that I needed to call the insurance if an extension of time was needed otherwise they will charge me my credit card.
