Why do I give so much business to Hertz to be in President Circle and still have to wait such a long time to get the car at 1:00 AM. I provided my flight information, so they should know what time I would be arriving. I went to the garage to check and there were plenty of cars parked that are ready to be rented out. I think its time that I should look into taking my business to Avis

Fast, efficient service from the Anchorage Airport Hertz team. We were given a Hyundai Kona, which turned out to be a reliable vehicle for exploring Alaska. Rental prices are definitely higher than what we’re used to, but that’s true of just about everything in Alaska, not just Hertz. The Kona got us everywhere we needed to go without any issues. Overall, a smooth rental experience and a good start to our Alaska trip.
I’ve been renting religious from Dollar and Hertz for the last 7 years, several times a year. Peppa consistently delivers the best customer service, and with such a friendly smile. Thanks for making it such a great experience, every single time.
I made the reservation through the app. I picked up the car. I need to modify the reservation. I cant find the reservation on the app. I get "reservation not found" when I search for it. I call support. They say "temporary system error". Its been happening for 10 days, that was a lie just to get me off the phone. The websites chat option disconnects when requesting a real person. How is this company in business. Last Hertz transaction ever.
