Easy check in and rep was very nice and helpful. Check out was also quick with plenty of staff to get you on your way!

Poor service. No one staffing the "gold member express line". They called others ahead of me from the regular hertz/dollar/thrifty line. Now no one here at the desk at all. Rude person with apparently no customer service skills upstairs at the car deck. Then when I get to the counter half an hour after the scheduled pick up time, they tell me they the car is not ready. Got delayed a few hours while traveling to Anchorage and Hertz gave away my week long rental. Booked it over a month in advance and apparently they just give it away to the next highest bidder. What a strange policy that you would re rent a vehicle that I had planned on using for my week long vacation with family to Alaska. Terrible customer service. Luckily a better company in town away from the airport was able to rent me one last minute. Would not recommend this Hertz location.

They gave are car away when our flight was delayed. The desk agent seemed to think it was obvious they would not hold the car despite it being a business reservation which usually has a 24 hr grace period, Avis next door affirmed this. Desk agent just flatly said it's not their problem if a flight's late or to track the flight listed on the record. Completely disinterested
