Breynn was awsome! I was honestly worried from the negative reviews and was bracing for a struggle but he went above and beyond, granted I was President's Circle and got to skip the line.. but my Hertz reservation had expired from me booking the wrong time, and he found one last car for me, the best rates and even carried over the manager's special. It was an amazingly pleasant experience!

I can’t make this up the lines are forever the staff are really slow i got a car no ac spent a day of torture In it with a baby go back to switch it took another hour the second car tires were messed up Made a racket go back the next day to switch it again same issue thank you for wasting my vacation in hertz besides I got charged underage fee even though I’m a usaa member and fuel charge even though I returned it full never had a worst experience than this.

Hertz president circle member. Waited in line which is fine then was told to sit down and wait for a vehicle after being in line. After reading the comments. Sounds like this is usual for them anytime during the summer they can’t manage reservations to have cars ready. I would pass on using Hertz at this location. Even customers coming back downstairs after bing told their car is ready… when it’s not. Waiting is expected. This is an another level.

Took 2 hours to get a car, terrible service. Manager sitting in the back doing nothing while there was a very long line.

So far we've waited in line for 25 mins (as both Gold and Pres status members) and the line hasn't moved. They merged Hertz/Thrifty/Dollar and there is no persons manning the Hertz counter and the "#1 Club" line is closed. No pick any car in the isle service here. Will update rating when we finally get a car and return.
