I would leave zero stars if I could. Book a rental over a week ahead of time only for them to call a few hours before I pick up to say they have no cars. When using a debit card you have to do the reservation 24 hours in advance, but they can cancel a few hours before pick up the day of? That's what I get for trying something new. Enterprise will only get my business moving forward.
To anyone thinking of using this company better think again. My complaint is like most of the one star reviews . Book a week out then get a call a few hours before my schedule time to pick up rental. I usually use Enterprise but Herts offers 20 percent off for triple A members . Needless to say the manager at this location is a joke . Horrible experience, the bald receptionist is rude and unprofessional the whole place is a mess the vehicle they gave us smelled like smoke and had no gas
