Very unprofessional and didnt even bother yo help me. I was in the building for a minimum of 3 minutes for them to say no. Jill was not helpful one bit . They said we won't do anything unless I had a credit card. And when I presented it to them they said said no . I got a bit of racism vibes to be honest :(

Manipulative people, don’t let the smiles and giggles fool you. They 100% informed me that the drop fee WOULD be returned with the deposit upon drop off, all I would be charged was the daily rate and typical fees. Didn’t even have the car for a full 24 hours and upon drop off was charged 6X the amount THEY told me it would be because the drop fee is in fact non refundable. I needed a rental so I stopped on a Friday afternoon and was told it was a 2 day minimum rental. I agreed and paid the 2 days. I brought the vehicle back like 15 hours later full of gas, and I even cleaned the truck. I was charged for 3 days because they were closed until Monday so that’s when they checked it back in, like it was my fault they weren’t open.
