Talking with the person who answered the telephone was very Kurt once she found out I was from out of town after he asked all these questions. He politely informed me. I don’t have any cars available and hung up if I could give less than one star, I would horrible service
Thanks previous reviewers. Probably saved me some money. We tried to rent and were told there would be $350 fee to drop the car off somewhere else. Very unprofessional and didnt even bother yo help me. I was in the building for a minimum of 3 minutes for them to say no. Jill was not helpful one bit . They said we won't do anything unless I had a credit card. And when I presented it to them they said said no . I got a bit of racism vibes to be honest :(
