Horrible customer service at the counter. Very disrespectful.
Botched my rental and Hertz customer service ignored all emails. I got a call two days before informing me to pick up my car at a different location due to this store being closed. When I went to fetch the car at the other location, they had no record of the transfer and, what's more, they were oversold for their own customers. Hertz routinely oversells.
