I am (was) an absolute regular here. I rent here on a weekly basis for a couple years. Pretty much every single week due to work. Main reason for selecting this location is because of its convenience and proximity to my home. Today I had my normal reservation as I always have and they had no vehicles and they didn’t care one bit, even though I had a reservation. I'm a hertz gold member, so I'm used to a seamless, limited interaction pick up and drop off. Waited almost an hour for the agent to help 1 person in front of me. When he finally drove the car around, he let me know "oh by the way, the vehicle is on EMPTY, so go ahead and try to return it that way". I argued this isn't a viable vehicle to "rent" someone, and because they didn't have an equal alternative I should get a free upgrade. They refused. Horrible customer service, I'll never rent from this location again.
