Shay was so helpful this morning! She drove us to a different location to help us get a one way vehicle for our rental today.
Very poor customer service and impolite front desk
This hertz location has been nothing short of spectacular to and with me. They always have my car ready to go, even before I arrive, and the transition to my vehicle has been easy, and painless. They are extremely accomodating, adaptable, friendly and work REALLY hard at making things work for customers. I am so fond of this location that I will bypass several others, and drive 20 miles out of my way to get to them. They are simply the best.
