Staff was polite but when I showed up they didnt have the car I reserved and said it was on it's way and they would call me when it was ready. Never called. Call them 3 times to get an update, never picked up.
Awesome service. I rented a car for month, the car was nothing but great. They figured out a way to help me leave with a great car. The person was calm polite and friendly.
Location in here displayed that it was open till 6, I’ve booked the car at 5, when I went there - I was told they close at 5. No wonder, this place has 2 and half start reviews.
June 2026 - This was great rental experience. Mr. Key is very professional and knowledgeable of the type of cars available. Prior to arriving he already had a car picked out that met the requirements of the rental reservation and my needs based upon previous rentals. Mr. Key treated me a value customer.
