CBS MORNING NEWS JUST REPORTED THAT HERTZ RENT CARS, AND THEN REPORT THEM STOLEN AND HAVE GOTTEN OVER 300 CUSTOMERS ARRESTED! STAY AWAY FROM HERTZ THEY HAVE UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES!! THEY WERE EXPOSED ON CBS MORNING NEWS TODAY!!
Rented a vehicle to go out of town for a funeral. First the car only had a quarter of a tank of gas. Then the rear passenger seatbelt retracted back and wouldn't come back. Today, they sent us to rental agency to switch the car for another one which was a 45 minute drive away from where we are staying. That place on Mack Ave doesn't exist anymore. This the worst experience ever and calling them is even worse.
This place is now ray laethem
I arrived at the location to pick up my rental and the lady who works the desk was so rude to the customer in front of me I left...I recommend using a different rental company, or at least a different location..
