Had a great experience at this rental location, and would not hesitate to rent from them again.
The rental car smelled very strongly of marijuana.
Shocking customer service. Pre-booked a car with two child booster seats months in advance. The location had no seats available for us, despite them being on the booking. I then asked if they could arrange to have seats delivered from another nearby location - no. I asked if they could get in contact with the next location I was driving to, to ask if they had the child seats available - no. Their solution was to 'You can just go to Walmart and buy a couple of seats' !?! Unsafe for my children to be in the car without the boo... read more
