Worst place to rent from. No active phone number to reach the office at either the America's Cup location in Newport or the Hawthorne Airport location in Newport. Hertz customer service number was not helpful either--they too had phone numbers that were not active.
Worst place to have with no one there to help will not rent from Hertz again with a Newport base
