The car was dented up it needed a front wheel alignment and the lady at the desk was very rude
Who could ever rent a car from this place when they want almost a1000$(600$ that’s just the deposit post dime the cost of the rental if you’ve never rented from them. Mind you this was only go for one day! just to rent a car for one day
Wanted to talk to the local rental but would allow had to go through India! Not acceptable
The lady in the office was very rude and disrespectful made offensive comments stating we don't take prepaid cards. She is very argumentive they can't get any reservations from any other Hertz because they are privately owned. Whomever owns this branch needs to shut it down or hire someone that knows the meaning of RESPECT and CUSTOMER SERVICE.
