After arriving just after they closed, I called customer service. They informed me the car reservation was good for 24 hrs. I returned the next morning when they opened. They then informed me that since I was late yesterday that my reservation was canceled and they were now booked. No car available. Two wasted trips. Why rent out of an airport. BS!
