Erik gave me great assistance, and my car better than what I expected for the price i booked.
Definitely reserve in advance. FYI there is no agent at the counter. Keys are at the airport desk. Not a huge selection onsite either. My car was delivered 10mins late but transaction went smooth. Delivered back to Tampa international.
HORRIBLE ; CANNOT TALK TO SOMEONE AT LOCAL OFFICES EVER!!! DO NOT USE
