I'm an Uber driver and went to pick up a rental to drive with Uber. I was not given my rental because I was told by the manager that I had attitude. Gave my mother a ROACH INFESTED car !! The seats are filthy and dirty also. Avoid this location.
This day September 11,2025 I came in 15 minutes late to my reservation and the heavy set man with dread locks rolled his eyes and grunted as if I did something wrong. That lack of customer service will drive business away as fast as it started. I just left with disappointment because while I was on my way, I called Hertz, and the generated ai assistant assured me that you can still go to your reservation up to two hours after your reservation time.
