Paul was a joy to work with. He was prompt and attentive. I would return to this location.
This is the Hertz location the company I work for sent me to for a rental car. I was told to call the location an hour before my pickup was scheduled. I called 4x between 9:00 AM and 9:30 AM, went through the automated system each time, and never got an answer. I drove to the location and the location appeared to be closed because the building you see when you arrive, even though it says Hertz on it, is not the rental location. This place is extremely ghetto and unprofessional so I reserve my car for two days, I’m a travel nurse so I have to fly out of state So I called to see if it’s OK that I can drop the car off earlier without getting an penalty fee . 1. Cars are in poor condition. Many have broken in my experience. 2. Bad music blasted. 3. Little space and often crowded. 4. Charged twice a week and the additional payment might not get sent back the same week.
The Hertz rental car Return folks at Marietta were fine, but the entire rental car experience with Hertz was one of the most frustrating I have had. Despite being a Gold Member, I was required to wait in a long line at the Charlotte Airport just to get my vehicle, and then was told there were not vehicles ready. I was over an hour late getting started due to the Hertz online app not operating, (which was confirmed by the desk clerk to be useless), the long line and the rental site not being prepared.
