No one is there to help and a person comes and do not even respond properly and I asked to show the cars available but he says go out and check and he is not even coming out and showing very bad response and not even having the keys for the cars which are available.

This place is a complete joke. After booking online through Uber they tell me in person they don’t do same day reservations. But they might have a few for me. After declining the additional coverage, they had nothing for me. Don’t waste your time with this location. Have no clue how they choose their management, but this is rediculous. Avoid at all costs. This place has no business being in business

Avoid yourself the Trouble and rent elsewhere. Worst customer service, lazy and rude. I had schedule a rental 2 weeks prior upon arriving i waited 20 min for the staff to catch up in the back room after finally getting attended i came to find out i had to drive to buckhead to pick up the rental because they did not have it at this location.
