Too bad zero stars isn't an option. I booked a vehicle for pickup and was told that it wouldn't be ready for another two hours. I didn't need any specific vehicle type so I asked to just get something else. The guy who appeared to be running things told me "it doesn't work that way". I said I had a reservation, they didn't have the vehicle, so they need to provide something different. He continued to repeat that it doesn't work that way. Good morning, this message is for the owner of this location. I wanted to share our experience. My husband reserved a car for work with Uber. The first day we arrived at the first office, without asking what we wanted, a very upset woman came out and said that everything related to Uber was at the office downstairs. Worst costumer service ever! Only two people faking-attending costumers; the person in charge of this location is extremely rude if they merely dislike your face. Picking up phone calls right in front of you and making you wait 30 minutes to pick up a car. They also don’t get along with any third parties renting websites, and they vet — yes, they will VET — your credit card to see if it’s good enough to go through their pinpad. DO NOT try any business in this location, specially if you’re a tourist in the area.
