Great selection of vehicles! Staff was also very helpful and nice! Was easy getting the vehicle and dropping it off. Will rent from this location again.

Yet again, the new Manager of the Midlothian HLE location has knocked it out of the park. She has turned this office, the performance, and the customer experience from abysmal to incredible in very short order. Highly recommended! Unfortunately, I don't remember her name, but when I saw that she was still working at the location I knew it would be a great experience.

Hertz canceled my prepaid rental less than 24 hours before pickup, even though I had booked and paid for it five days earlier. I called customer service and was told a refund would be issued, but it never was. I then disputed the charge with my credit card company, and Hertz denied the dispute, despite the fact that I have a voicemail from their employee confirming they canceled the rental. Great service. I had come across some issues at another location and had to resort to going to this location instead. They made sure to take care of me and made the process easy.
