I wish I could give 0 stars to this place. We recently rented a car from this place. Our booking time was 4.45 pm and inspite of no clients present, the car was handed over to us at 5.15pm. However, while returning the car, we called and asked Harman in customer service about the grace period and was told to give the car by 5.30 pm. However, the company website says there is a grace period of 29 mins.
