Staff members were so informative and friendly. Being from Northern Ontario and not knowledgeable about Toronto, the staff graciously directed me off the island and gave me wonderful pointers. I will definitely recommend Hertz to friends and family.

Customer service at this location was horrible. If you ever have to return a car at this location plan ahead of time since it is very hard to find the ferry to the island to return your car plus the employees of the location treated me like a child instead of a gold member with judgy eyes and gave me the feeling as if I tried to do something wrong and this as a 30 year old adult.
I was hesitant to rent from this location after reading all the bad reviews but everything went fine for us. The staff at the desk weren't that friendly or talkative but we got the car we asked for on time and they didn't try to rip us off for minor scratches when we returned the vehicle.
