I had a great experience with my rental, from pick up on Saturday to return on Monday. Kajan made sure everything was great. Clear instructions with the ferry, and everything. No issues whatsoever.

Horrible customer service. After 2 months if my rental they charged me another $122. I called the store and their head office and they can't see any charge or have any sort of answer on why they've charged me. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE.
Showed up at the airport and there was no car for us. Poor planning on their part. I had a reservation. They didn't hold my vehicle at the airport and gave it to someone else. We had prepaid for the car. Unacceptable. Won't rent from here again. This is straight out of a Seinfeld episode.
