Extremely disappointing experience at Hertz Billy Bishop. An employee named Jude was incredibly rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. He was shouting at customers and spoke to us with absolutely no respect or basic customer-service etiquette. His behaviour made me feel that I was being treated differently and discriminated against. Kajan was great at the counter to help us get set up and walked us to the car and explained the drop off steps clearly. Kudos to him! Super helpful and fantastic.
Made a reservation this past Saturday (Sep 19) for 9am. Upon arrival to service desk I was informed that no cars were available. I had to rent a car with another company with a substantially higher price (given the last minute booking). Very disappointed.
