I see why this place got so many 1 stars no one is there to answer the phone and when they do they keep you on hold for an hour plus. This is one company I wished died in the pandemic poor customer protocol.
Horrible if there was no stars i would rate no stars
I have been calling this locations phone number all day. The dealership does not know where they are at. I called the 1800 number and they confirmed my reservation to be on the wrong day, and wanted to charge me extra for their mistake. I’m supposed to be renting for the weekend, and I can’t get the help that’s necessary. Do NOT rent from here. Their phone is sitting on the desk ringing in the dark.
Let me just start by saying if I was Hertz rental car I would be ashamed I have somebody operating my business like these people in Haines City do furthermore miracle Toyota if that's any indication of how you run your business I would never buy a car from you can't get anyone to talk to you the price of the car changed after I got there only rented a car for one day headed back they charged me $200 can't get anyone to talk to me much less they wouldn't even send me a receipt for 3 weeks now I would never buy a rent a car fr... read more
