Have tried calling them multiple times for urgent help modifying a reservation with no one answering the phone at 10:30 and 1:15 on a Tuesday. Ridiculous.
I rent from this location frequently and Nicky is always super friendly, transparent, and helpful.
I attempted to call Hertz to request basic information before booking a vehicle, and the experience was beyond disappointing. The representatives on the phone were extremely unknowledgeable about their own fleet and could not answer the simplest of questions. Instead of providing help, they either ignored my questions, gave short and rude remarks, hung up, or simply sat on the line breathing into the phone. Overall we had a good experience with the rental except for the car pickup at this place. The pickup process was really not efficient. We had two cars to pickup. We did the paperwork for the first car. Then the agent that had handled the first car said his colleague would handle the second. Said colleague told us, not very friendly looking, she could not because she was going on eating break. So we waited and waited.
