Terrible customer service. They gave us the wrong car and tried giving a second wrong car. There was scratches all over the cars and we stood waiting for hours delaying our trip
I absolutely love renting from hertz but oh my goodness. This location is the absolute worst and only because of one agent- Maria. I thought my first bad experience was a one off, but nope here again and she is the cause once again. Highly disappointed, especially being a Gold Member.
Worst rental company and management. They don't give you the inspection slip and try to upsell unnecessary services. You also can't reach them via phone. No wonder Hertz is heading towards bankruptcy.
On m'a fait souscrire une option pre-paiement du plein pour le retour qui est purement du vol. Voiture demandée un Toyota RAV4 , résultat, j'ai eu droit à un Ford Escape de 57000 KM avec des bosses et des rayures. On vous fait signer l'état des lieux sans voir le véhicule située dans au 3 ème sous sol ou deux employés se contentent de vous jeter les clefs. Bref je déconseille.
