Im surprised their rating is even this high. I’ve used this location multiple times out of sheer necessity due to weekend hours for a downtown location, and I’m always shocked by how poor they are. The cars are never ready on time (making the appointment useless) and they never let you know in advance. But today was special - I called in at 9:50am for an 11am pickup and asked if the car was ready. I was told yes and not to be late. The car was clean and in good condition, the process of returning was fast and easy.
Truly the worst experience. The lady on the phone, who's supposedly a "long term employee", was so extremely rude and condescending. The other male (a south Asian) employee didn't even know that their location carried a few vehicles with winter tires. Absolute incompetence. Avoid this location at all costs.
