Pick-up and dropoff was good (also had off-hours dropoff which was convenient and a bonus) but had a problem with customer service as I booked an EV way beforehand (3 weeks or more) and when I got there they unapologetically said there were none and just gave me a sedan of less value which in result I had to pay more for gas that trip. The alternative car (nissan sentra sv) was okay tho but the wipers weren't good.
