Line is slow. Only one person at the counter. Live kiosks say one minute wait but had no operator after five minutes
Service is super slow
My experience with the lady of the gold counter was terrible. Got the wrong contract, didn't got my discounts. Just no support
You are going to want to ask them if they are renting you a stolen car. I highly recommend avoiding a full felony stop by the popo. Not fun.

Hertz Airport counter opens at 5 AM. Otherwise drop off your car and call them to email you the reciept.
