Great Manager's selection. Perfect hemi for touring around Vegas. Quick in and out. Hertz is so much better than the rest. No hassle.
George at Hertz was amazing. He made the whole rental process quick and easy, answered all my questions, and made sure I had the perfect car. Super friendly, professional, and went the extra mile to help. I’ll definitely rent from Hertz again thanks to him!
When we got to the Hertz office at 10:30am it was closed. The sign said their computers didn’t work. They sent us to the dollar rental location and said they will give us a car. At the dollar rental they told us they don’t have a car they could give us and deal with Hertz to cancel the reservation.
Despite the very low rating here, we went to to office (no other options at the time) and are 100% happy. Very cream and undamaged Jeep we had for a day. Including some free tips for our day trip to Death Valley. Think it’s worth sharing too, I would come back another time.
