I feel compelled to write a review because my experience didn't line up with others. One person was covering both rental locations in Treasure Island (Derek) for my reservation and pickup--both went smoothly. Nothing earth-shattering, but he was patient with my questions, competent, and got us just what we needed. Cars were in stock, no pushy upselling, no issues with the vehicle. Worst company around. Much better options
Despite the very low rating here, we went to to office (no other options at the time) and are 100% happy. Very clean and undamaged Jeep we had for a day. Including some free tips for our day trip to Death Valley. Think it’s worth sharing too, I would come back another time.
