Great experience
Did not Honor a reservation that was booked over a month in advance and provided no options for other suitable replacement. Had to spend $1600 on airline tickets for my family of 5 to go to Atlanta GA for a wedding. Called customer service the were useless I will never reserve or rent from This company ever again. To update my review on 1/3/2020 I have called several times to talk to the location because Hertz 800 number says I can only be compensated by the location for my inconvenience they now do not answer my calls they ... read more
Elizabeth was very patient while I dealt with an issue with my credit card company. She made helpful suggestions and was very personable and polite throughout the process. Definitely will rent from this location again!
