Took 2 hours to get out of the garage. Was able to check in remotely, pick my car, and drive to the exit but was told I had to go back because they couldn’t verify my card payment even though I already paid. While I waited, multiple people in front of me didn’t get their own car they rented or were treated with aggressive behavior. We rented a car and got here at midnight, but we couldn't actually get the car because there were no staff around to let us out of the garage. We reserved the car well in advance. Very poor service. Boo.

Amber T. did a great job checking us in! I had forgotten to buy gas and she gave me a nice break on the gas I used! Top notch!
