45 minute wait for a pre-booked and prepaid for car...... Avoid this place
I'm a Gold/5 Star member here ans the service is always great. I go straight to my car and there are never any problems.
Do not listen to these customers im a Gold Member and I was go straight to my car with out waiting on line don't even have to talk to no one!
13 people on line. One agent. Fml.
I'm 5 STAR Gold.... And I went across the street for a meeting... Car wouldn't start! 1.5 hours (and still waiting) to get jump.... Not too happy!!!
Gold status means absolutely nothing. Waiting again.
The Hertz Gold board doesn't work 50% of the time which leads you to wait in long lines at the counter
