Extremely disappointing experience at this Hertz location, mainly because of the way manager Humberto Salazar treated us. He was rude, condescending, dismissive, and showed a complete lack of customer service. For someone in a management position, the way he spoke to customers was unacceptable. Instead of trying to help resolve the situation, Humberto essentially kicked us out of the store, leaving us no choice but to go to Enterprise—his direct competitor—where we took our business instead. The manager in charge of this location has the most diabolical rude attitude ever in customer service why work here if you are going to be mean and rude to the customers there’s always one person working only so they are always very busy

Wife arrived an hour after her reservation time and was greeted with "we don't hold cars". While they had a lot full of cars. Then they gave her a vehicle with ZERO fuel, ensuring we would most defiantly be returning it with extra fuel, so I guess they made extra money off of us! I mentioned it to the staff member who said "we don't refill anymore." I'm not sure why you don't because your ENTIRE staff is just sitting in that tiny and messy office on their cell phones.
