An associate told me that even though I work for Lyft that I need full coverage and extended protection. So I had to go all the way to Anaheim location to rent. Very deceptive and misleading practices for the commission.
They are real scammers. They gave me a car with a 35% charge and then took an extra $50 from me because I didn't return it with a 70% charge. Stay away from this branch.

Friendly staff they really go by the book here to make sure you have all your documentation in order no expired driver's license no exceptions other than that friendly service very accommodating and patient Love running from this place they have an excellent team of workers
