This Hertz location is an absolute nightmare. I’ve rented here twice, and both times were a complete disaster. The cars they hand out are filthy, stink horribly, and have disgusting stains all over the seats. It’s embarrassing that Hertz even puts these vehicles on the road. The staff is even worse. They are arrogant, rude, and completely unprofessional. Instead of helping customers, they give wrong information, talk down to you, and act like they couldn’t care less.
