FRAUD ALERT! HERTZ HUATULCO charged us for car damage without getting us an estimate and provided a well documented receipt. DO NOT recommend them at all! Most cars have visible damage, obviously Hertz Huatulco charged customers like us for repair and never fix them, what happened to the money??? BEWARE!! BEWARE!!!
Very friendly service. One should always expect that there could be as much as a 10-minute wait before the clerks are able to give you your personal attention. The elevator ride up to the top floor is slow, and I would never recommend one person alone after 6:00.
Don't use hertz unless you're willing to risk not having a car even after you've booked one.
Solid. Tiny little office that makes me question Hertz as a company, but still an excellent location. Always on-point here. Never a disappointment. Good, straight forward car rental location with understanding and friendly employees. Rented here for years because of that. Don't let the little walk-in-closet scare you off - it's just Hertz cutting costs.
