They have no clue
Don't bother trying to call. They simply will never answer. They will *tell* you that you'll be on a 'quick hold' but then just never pick up. I've had one very quick but important question for the last 3 days, and have waited on hold for OVER 30 MINUTES each time. If you choose this hertz, good luck to you.
I rented a car from here and the experience hasn't been good except for the ride service they provided to pick me up. The car was dirty they said they cleaned it. Stuff was left in the glove box , the front window on the inside and out were not clean. The customer service when I rented the car was awful and impersonal. If you were not affiliated with my insurance I would've went somewhere else.
There is no Hertz rental car in this location
I made a reservation here over a week ago and they have the audacity to text me the night before that they don’t have a car!? I rely on transportation for money so those unprofessional people have really made my life harder. Go for a different company.
