Honestly, the day we picked up the car, we scheduled for an 8 am pick up, the car was only available at 10 am. Also we reserved a totally different car than what we received. The workers told us it’s because the one we reserved wasn’t available. Now, when we drop off the car; The drop off was at 5, 5:30 and there still was 6 people waiting in front of us. Managers Special Dodge Ram 2500 9miles to gallon of gas .. wanted something regular didn't get then charged for upgrade which should be downgrade to Malibu something you want to drive .. all other cars they said were not available or you could exchange different location with no charged lied about it
We got a great price on Expedia much lower than the prices at PDX & it was close by, but really this review is to thank AJ for such friendly and helpful service!! It’s rare to have great and fast service at a car rental - you made the start of our trip excellent!
