I've tried calling 4 times today, all at different times between 9am-3:30, but no one answers the phone. Judging by other people's bad experiences, I will be using Enterprise instead.

I will NEVER use hertz again!!! hertz is HORRIBLE AND INDIFFERENT TO CUSTOMER'S NEEDS. I'd give them zero (0) stars but default is one. Hertz has given me horrible information about the logistics of my current rental (for my daughter). They gave me information at time of booking and again on a follow up call to double check the information I'd been given. I relied on the information hertz game me. Emergency trip to Boone NC to being my son back to college. His car was staying with him, I needed to get back to Raleigh. Blake and Tanner were quick and helpful. I would use them first in the future, the best customer service ever for a rental.
