Have been bounced back between Hertz companies for hours now. Customer Support was the worst thing ever to deal with. Closed on Saturdays at Noon...really? How do you expect for people to rent a car on the weekends. Being told to come pick up the car. Please Hertz help me out here...how am i supposed to go pick up the car IF I DONT HAVE ONE...thats why im obviously calling you guys for a car. God im venting. I hate hertz
Horrible experience. Metro Nissan rented me a car because my vehicle had to be repaired they insisted on putting a $50 hold on my card and wanted to run my credit. I did not agree to run my credit and told them I didn't want to buy the car I was only renting it. The manager said he would override that. He didn't I just got a copy of my credit and on July 22 Hertz ran my credit. I will NEVER rent a car from them again. THey are liars! Not to mention the car I rented needed breaks and was filthy!!
