This is the worst rental car place ever, they are changing to charge me for a cleaning fee for no reason there was this is a poor service trying to get a cleaning fee so they don’t have to pay for it in a pandemic and they won’t give a pic of this said hair on a set! And the lady was so freaking rude.........

I had the best experience renting a car with the Lombard Hertz facility. Larnecia was extremely helpful and friendly. I will definitely rent there again.

VERY RUDE service, try to avoid this place. They screwed me up, I booked a car, showed up to pick it up and they didnt have any car not only they've booked. Lady who works there just told me that she can't do anything and bye. She didnt even try to help me. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!

Manager Ms. smith is very very rude I called to get. Rate on suv for my brothers and she had me on hold for 10 minute then stated she couldn’t give rate over the phone told me to come In which the location closed in 30 mins POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION 👎🏽👎🏽
