Front desk agents were so kind and welcoming, made the whole experience of being without my own car much less stressful and very much appreciated!
Dropped off my car after a 3 hr car ride and really had to use the restroom. The counter person said I couldn’t use the one that was right there in the lobby. Pretty uncomfortable having to go search for a place to use the restroom.
Like others customers, no car available despite confirmed reservation. What was especially galling is that when we asked for help finding a vehicle at another location they refused. We asked whether there was anything at all they could do for us they said no, even compensation for a ride to our hotel. And when we called the area manager in Escondido he said he was too busy to talk and would call back. Not surprisingly he never did. Just an awful experience.
