0 star experience. My rental car suddenly showed out of gas and lost power while I was driving on the freeway but it showed full tank when I got it and I only drove about 40 miles. I told the customer service that it has machinical issues but she insisted that I was out of gas. I was in a hurry to LAX and I felt my life was threatened. Hertz is still charging me for such an experience. What a joke
They are not patient with the customer.
