Bait and switch! Even if you book and confirm a vehicle online do not expect them to actually have it. This is how they get you to rent a more expensive vehicle when you get there in person to pick it up. Unlike other rental services that offer the upgraded vehicle at the booking cost, this Hertz does NOT.
I only come to this location, the two guys who always help me are the absolute BEST. Y’all know who you are 🫡
The male manager’s John Paul Doucette customer service skills are in the dumps. He is so unprofessional, that I can’t believe that Hertz is letting him represent the company. He is definitely not the Gold Standard. He definitely hates his job, and it shows every time I rent from this location. He lacks training and should not be in this position. Absolutely AVOID this location!! As previous reviews have mentioned, it takes over an HOUR to get your car ready. Hertz should be ashamed with the service of this location. After this experience, I will be avoiding Hertz/Dollar/Thrifty all together. Use some of the many competitors locations close by (Enterprise is a block away).
Great customer service! My husband and I had come in just after being turned away at Enterprise for being military and we explained what happened and they gave us a car as a walk in so quick! I wish I had gotten the name of the guy who helped us. He was so understanding and friendly. We got a great car at an awesome rate that was cheaper than what Enterprise had quoted us at! No problems with the car over the weekend we drove it. We loved the car! Thank you to HERTZ for saving our weekend! You guys rock!
