My confirmation text said to go directly to the gold board but the gold board said to see the desk. The vehicle I reserved was not ready upon arrival but the desk agent was super sweet. He told me to choose anything I liked from the reserved section. I needed a minivan and none were available so I went back inside. They scrambled a bit and then told me to go to spot 731 where I found a 2024 Chrysler Pacifica. The van was dirty inside and out, had a horrible smell to it, and had a lot of dog hairs. Hertz was great! They assessed my needs and gave me a free upgrade! The shuttle from the airport took awhile, but be patient, it will arrive.
The car was filthy. I had to buy cleaning supplies to clean it as it was not cleaned before being given to me and there was trash under the seat. Staff was not friendly
Cars are very dirty and very expensive
