What an awful experience! I returned my car to Hertz - noticed my purse fell off the backseat - I grabbed what I thought fell out. Walked to shuttle area then noticed my glasses and wallet had fallen out as well. Ran back to return lot, car had been moved - looked in car and everything was cleaned out.
