It is off site and the directions are so confusing also I almost missed my flight because the bus that takes you to and from the airport wouldn't leave even though it was completely full

Horrible, horrible, horrible. I joined Hertz gold so my car would be waiting. Instead it took almost 2 hours to get a car. Enterprise takes about 10 minutes. This will be my only experience with Hertz.
